Solution should support the creation of customization, and management of standardized forms required for grant applications, reporting, compliance and other processes. Deployment of a centralized, cloud–based grant management platform. Solution should allow for seamless integration of dynamic elements, such as merging grant–specific information into forms and documents. Integration with the City’s Infor ERP system and other financial and budgeting systems using secure APIs. Automated notifications and alerts for deadlines, compliance checks, and approvals. Ability to create and customize forms with predefined templates and validation rules. Mobile–responsive design for form completion. Record keeping and search function aiding ease of grant record review. System security, for read, edit, remove, approve, configure privileges. Modern data access options to use external reporting and analytics tools. Reporting capabilities with visibility and tracking of key performance indicators. Development of dynamic, conditional workflows for grant processes. Development of custom ERP modules or major financial system redesign. Integration with external analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
