The agency seeks a vendor to provide a new Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-based GIS eTrap modernized system for trapping pest data collections. The system must enable automated, mobile access and deliver a graphical user interface to support real-time data collection.

With this eTrap Modernization SaaS solution, the agency will gain improved capacity for entering and managing pest data, which supports enhanced trapping efforts in response to the evolving challenges of host availability and climate change.
