North Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based food and lodging information management system designed for regulatory inspection, licensing, and comprehensive data management. The proposed solution should offer a configurable and robust platform to replace the state's current software used for managing environmental, sanitation, and food-related regulatory processes at both state and local levels.
The system must deliver consistent performance with 24/7 availability, mobile device support, ADA compliance, and an intuitive user interface featuring clear navigation and interface elements. It should also include accessible, contextual guidance, such as field-level instructions and workflow assistance, along with structured audit logging capabilities to track user activity for transparency and compliance. The platform should be capable of evolving to meet future business or technical requirements and facilitate migration options should service agreements change.
Additional functional requirements include secure handling and discovery of records for legal and compliance purposes, robust payments and financial management, integrated communication and notification tools, comprehensive reporting and dashboards, workflow and task management, and a user-friendly public and external user portal. Questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by December 17, 2025.
