(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based food and lodging information management system. • Implementation, operational support services and hosting of a comprehensive and configurable cloud–based license and information management software platform to replace its existing state and local government software platform related to environmental, sanitation, and human food regulatory inspection and licensing information management system • Solution ensures consistent performance, 24/7 availability, mobile support, ADA compliance, intuitive UI, uniform navigation, clear interface elements, warnings for potential data loss, and zoomable/accessible form layouts. • Solution provides accessible, intuitive user guidance, including contextual help, field–level instructions, workflow guidance, and links to job aids. • Audit logs track all changes, including user ID, date/time, and accessibility for review or export. • Solution’s ability to be enhanced to implement changing business and technical requirements. • Solution’s ability or limitations for migrating solution elsewhere in the future with regard to either party terminating services. • Provide Electronic Discovery of specific records or data, and any legal positions regarding subpoenas, jurisdiction and potential confiscation of data. • Payments and Financial Management • Communication and Notifications • Reporting and Dashboards • Workflow and Task Management • Public and External User Portal (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025
