(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based facility scheduling software. • Provide a comprehensive, cloud–based facility scheduling software solution to manage both internal and external use of district facilities. • The system will support scheduling, approvals, payments, and service coordination for school campuses, athletic facilities, and stadiums. • Public–facing calendar with real–time availability. • Online reservation requests for internal and external users. • Digital contracts with e–signature functionality. • Internal users enter all after–hours events into the system for scheduling and service coordination. • Mobile–responsive interface or dedicated mobile app for on–the–go access. • Ability to scale to support additional campuses, user types, or features in the future. • Experience with secure online payment processing and digital contract workflows. • Online payment processing and detailed invoicing. • Upload and management of Certificates of Insurance. • Issuance of official facility use permits. • Advanced and flexible reporting with self–service capabilities • Data integration capabilities to support interoperability with other systems • Single Sign–On (SSO) capabilities for secure and seamless user access (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 06, 2025.
