(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based event management and registration system.– Be compatible with computers operating Windows and MacOS.– Be cloud–based and hosted – Be compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.– Provide secure credit card processing– Have a customizable mobile portal application for real time information and updates for individual events inclusive of event schedules, notes, the ability for attendees to connect with vendors and other attendees, push notifications for updates, and sponsor highlights.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
