The client seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) material management solution to streamline and support ongoing supply chain operations. The system must enable automated replenishment through interface-generated requisitions, offer real-time inventory visibility across all locations, and incorporate lot, serial, and expiration date tracking as well as inventory status management. It should facilitate system-supported receiving, put-away, and inter-location transfers with comprehensive transaction tracking, exception handling, and barcode-enabled processes.
Recall management workflows are required, including automated identification of affected inventory locations using lot and serial number traceability. The solution should integrate order management with inventory, accounts payable, and general ledger modules to ensure real-time updates, financial posting, and comprehensive reporting. The ERP must safeguard against debit and credit entries within the same transaction and support the creation and maintenance of cost centers using structured hierarchies, integrating with financial systems for accurate charge validation, posting, and reporting to the general ledger.
A robust reporting engine with secure report generation, user-based access controls, and audit traceability for all financial reports is essential. The system should support advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation. Additionally, a mobile application is required to facilitate supply chain operations, with specific functionalities for par counting, receiving, and barcode scanning using handheld devices or tablets. The contract period will span three years, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for April 28, 2026 and a question submission deadline of May 1, 2026.

• Expertise in cloud-based software delivery and system integration
• Demonstrated capability in deploying advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics
