The State of Washington is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution. This system should provide a suite of integrated modules, including cash receipting with credit card processing, budgeting, bank reconciliation, purchase orders, advanced report writing, and employee and manager self-service tools such as performance management, time and attendance, payroll, taxes, employee benefits, online timecards with work order coding, and compensation management.

Additional functional requirements include asset and inventory management, GIS integration, customer communication tools, utility billing with online account access and payment capabilities, and a robust point-of-sale component capable of processing payments online, in person, or through other channels. The system must offer a single updating point to ensure data accuracy and must also have the capability to electronically import customer payment data from bank lock boxes.

The selected vendor will be expected to provide not only the software but also implementation services, staff training, and ongoing maintenance and support. The contract will be for a one-year period.
