(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise resource planning software.– Provide mobile cloud–based software, implementation, staff training, and ongoing maintenance support of said system.– Cash Receipting (including credit card processing).– Budgeting – Bank reconciliation– Purchase orders– Report writer– Employee and manager self–service employee performance management– Time and attendance payroll and taxes– Employee benefits– Online timecards, with work order coding– Compensation– Asset management – Inventory management– GIS integration – Customer communication– Utility billing (including online customer account access and payments)– Point–of–sale capability to take various forms of payment, either online, in person, or via other methods.– System has to have a single updating point.– Able to import customer payment data into the system from bank lock boxes electronically.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
