(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise resource planning modernization services.– Cloud–based software as a service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning solution with extensive functionality in human capital management, financial administration, source to Settle (Procurement), as well as the services that are required to implement, support, and host the Solution.– Provide a modern solution to manage all personnel data (employee and contractor) in a central location– Provide agency staff with the ability to self–service critical employee benefits, including (but not limited to) benefits enrollment (new hire, job change, annual open enrollment, life event, etc.), timesheets, etc.– Enable users at various levels (Human Resources, managers, employees, etc.) to work collaboratively and view up–to–date information.– Ability to access solution and role functionality from mobile devices(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.
