The State of Utah is seeking a qualified provider for a cloud-based enterprise asset management (EAM) software solution. This system is intended to optimize asset lifecycle management, enhance safety protocols, and improve overall operational efficiency. Key requirements include the ability to acquire, manage, and analyze physical assets throughout their entire lifecycle, as well as to consolidate data currently maintained in spreadsheets and standalone systems.
The solution should offer both cloud-based (SaaS) and on-premises deployment options, a robust and scalable database management system, and a modular architecture to support evolving organizational needs. Comprehensive security features are essential, including multi-factor authentication, compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, secure communication protocols, data masking, protection, and incident response management. Additional technical features include real-time integration, support for ArcGIS integration, and utilities for data import and export.
Vendors are encouraged to review the requirements and ensure that all questions or requests for clarification are submitted prior to the specified deadline of March 9, 2026.
