The state of Florida is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) employee recognition system capable of supporting at least 4,500 users. The desired solution should incorporate modern employee recognition approaches and include comprehensive management of recognition awards. This encompasses vendor or third-party responsibilities such as sourcing, branding, warehousing, inventorying, order processing, shipping, and tracking of awards distributed to recipients.
The selected system must be fully vendor-hosted and adhere to specified cybersecurity standards. Essential integration features include compatibility with single sign-on (SSO) using SAML 2.0 or higher, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Active Directory, and SharePoint. Additional requirements include configurable nomination and approval workflows, standard and customizable reporting, and built-in data analytics capabilities. The contract for this service will span five years.
