(1) Vendor needs to provide Cloud–based Software as a Service (Saas) employee recognition system. – The System should incorporate modern approaches for employee recognition that include vendor or third–party management of recognition awards that include sourcing, branding, warehousing, inventorying, order processing, shipping and tracking awards sent to award recipients. – The System must be a fully vendor hosted cloud–based system, provided as a SaaS Cloud subscription service, to manage employee recognition with the ability to accommodate at least 4,500 users. – System shall comply with cyber security standards as referenced in section security and supporting information. – System can integrate with other applications including, at a minimum, single sign-on (SSO) using SAML 2.0 or higher using network credentials, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Active Directory, and SharePoint. – System includes configurable nomination and approval workflows. – System includes standard and configurable reports. – System includes data analytics capabilities. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
