Provide ample storage for email templates for no less than 60 subscription groups. Use AI for historical metrics insights and improvements suggestions. Create branded email messages with drag–and–drop editing capability. Real–time dashboards and reporting that include weekly monitoring and reporting updates with real–time dashboard and deliverability reports that are available 24/7, including inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, and sender reputation trends. Reports shall be exportable (MS Excel, CSV, TXT, copy/paste, etc) and retained in a accessible cloud–based or local serve. Technical support shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, via telephone, live human chat, and email. Provide content optimization reporting with guidance and analysis based on industry practices.
