An organization in Arkansas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based electronic research administration (eRA) system. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing, configuring, implementing, migrating, training, and supporting a secure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eRA platform. The system must include documented Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and support seamless integrations with external systems.

Key requirements include a comprehensive, turn-key electronic research administration platform capable of bi-directional data exchange with financial systems for managing awards, grants, budgets, accounts, and subawards. The solution should support APIs and webhooks, enabling robust integration. Additionally, the platform must facilitate supplier onboarding payments and integrate with Payment Works or a comparable onboarding platform to manage subrecipient and vendor data.

The vendor will be tasked with migrating historical data—including proposals, protocols, awards, subawards, and compliance records—from legacy systems. This includes specifying data formats, providing validation plans, and generating reconciliation reports to ensure data integrity. The intended contract period for this project is four years.
