Vendor needs to provide cloud–based electronic permitting system. • Provide, configure, and implement a centralized electronic permitting (e–Permitting) system to digitize and automate the City’s entire permitting process. • The e–Permitting project includes the solution and implementation services for a cloud–based, electronic permitting system. • Modern technology, this project will introduce a cloud–based platform where applicants can submit their permit applications and supporting documents electronically. • Software system will automate routing, review and workflow approvals, significantly reduce processing times, and improve accuracy. • Software will facilitate online payments, centralized document management, online building inspection scheduling, and real–time status tracking, enhancing the overall user experience for both applicants and administrative staff. • Create a digital–first experience by implementing an online self–service portal for applicants • Provide real–time status updates and notifications to applicants, increasing transparency and reducing the need for follow–up inquiries • Automate and streamline workflow processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and reduce permit processing times across application submission, review, and approval stages. • Integrate with the City’s current systems and software such as: Bluebeam, City works, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Business Central/Sylogist Gov ERP. • Streamline inspection scheduling, routing, and mobile/field support.
