(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based electronic medical record system.– Cloud–based EMR system that will serve to manage agency clinical data, information, and records, and ensure that information can be integrated, managed, and securely shared– System must have the provision for multiple databases to allow for testing, training, etc.– EMR system must provide migration tools for system upgrades and backup processes.– Provide automated tools that will coordinate, execute, and monitor the distribution of all software release updates across the system.– Ability to document using mobile device at point of care(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
