(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based electronic health record system that provides a system to support campus health services, counseling services, community health education clinic services and services pertaining to athletics.– Ability to have multiple distinct clinics using the system wherein only those with approved permissions can access the clinic they are assigned to.– Ability to create and/or customize templated forms and documents.– Ability to pull data for reporting forms created.– Patient portal for self–check–in, form completion, secure messaging, etc.– Immunization tracking.– Specialized modules for counseling, health services and others.– Capability to integrate services pertaining to athletics.– Capability to integrate community health screening services and other screening services, such as, but not limited to, mental health screenings, memory screenings, orthopedic screenings, balance screenings.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for three years.
