(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based electronic filing software as a service.– Provide electronic filing services system solution for a campaign finance disclosure filing system, statement for economic interest filing system and lobbying registration system. – Solution must be flexible and robust enough to accommodate future additional electronic filing services.– The system must provide online tutorial resources. – If the solution is cloud–based, the vendor’s servers hosting the platforms must be located within the United States and readily accessible by the vendor on demand. (2) The contract period will be for two years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
