(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based electronic dental record solution.– Provide an electronic dental record cloud solution.– Electronic Dental Record should streamline the daily business operations of our dental clinics and would include scheduling, documentation, and maintaining patient records.– Include tracking insurance claims, charting dental history, e–prescribing, and imaging.– Cloud Based solution will be required to handle the data entry, retrieval, back up to EHR (via bridge), billing, and other information exchange with the existing EHR for approximately 900 – 1500 people with developmental disabilities per month throughout the state.– Can accommodate at least 75 concurrent logins.– Four–hour call to fix repair maintenance. the system cannot be down more than four hours. 99.99% up time monday – friday.– Ability to move data and information for integration and successfully work with equipment in existence.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025.
