The required solution must deliver a comprehensive eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow, supporting the identification, preservation, collection, and analysis of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). This includes emails, instant messages, documents, databases, websites, and other relevant digital evidence used in civil litigation, criminal proceedings, or labor relations cases.
