The vendor is sought to provide a cloud-based District Attorney Case Management (DACM) system for use in Massachusetts. The system must facilitate comprehensive management of case progression, including assignments, indictment review, managing related files, dispositions, sentencing, parole, and case closure. It should support prosecution by enabling discovery tracking, evidence management, diversion programs, subpoenas, witness management, and lab result tracking.
Further requirements include intake and setup of cases through record creation, information retrieval, charge management, participant tracking, key date management, and bail decisions. The system must offer robust reporting capabilities for internal, statutory, management, legislative, expense, and ad hoc needs to support data visibility and decision making. Additionally, it should aid pre-charge investigations by allowing initiation, tracking, documentation of findings, and evidence management.
Administrative features must cover system dashboards, workload and workflow management, integration capabilities, and customizable access for authorized users and public portals.
