(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based digital unit tracking equipment and software. • A secure, user–friendly software platform capable of electronically tracking units (meals and activities) through swipe or scan card technology. • Real–time data capture and unit tracking for individual participants • Capability to integrate or migrate data into peer place via the state system (HCS) for required state documentation and reporting. • System should be scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy standards. • User support and training for county staff may be required. • Preference may be given to systems with a proven track record in similar municipal or human services settings. • Ability to accurately capture all required participant and service data for state and federal reporting, with customizable reporting capabilities. • Tools to efficiently optimize delivery routes and document delivery times and receipts. • Features to document wellness and safety checks, including real–time delivery confirmation. • Ability to create and manage recurring meal plans, including temporary holds or schedule changes, and generate operational reports • Digital tracking by meal site and participant, including efficient check–in using cards and scanners.
