A vendor is sought to provide a cloud-based, vendor-hosted digital preservation system to ensure the protection and long-term usability of State University's digital assets. The system must comply with best practices for trustworthy digital repositories, support interoperability via open APIs, and establish a sustainable framework for digital preservation.
The solution should offer robust preservation workflows and support for multiple file formats, including legacy and obsolete ones. It must adhere to internationally recognized standards for digital preservation and information security.
