Ireland is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, fully managed cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for the creation, management, distribution, tracking, and analysis of digital marketing and student recruitment collateral.

The selected platform must comply with current EU and Irish legal, accessibility, data protection, and privacy regulations. It should offer seamless integration with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID) Single Sign-On to support secure and federated authentication in line with university identity and access management policies.

The solution must enable the production of interactive, customizable, and fully accessible digital collateral, adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA or higher accessibility standards. It should support scalable deployment for both domestic and international recruitment efforts and provide robust built-in analytics and tracking tools for performance measurement. Additionally, the platform must facilitate governance and agent oversight requirements for international recruitment activities.
