(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based digital marketing collateral software. Provide a comprehensive, high quality, flexible, innovative and responsive cloud‑based Digital Marketing Collateral Software platform. The platform will be used to support the creation, management, distribution, tracking, and reporting of digital marketing and student recruitment collateral. Specification of Requirements: The solution must operate entirely as a fully managed Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) platform and must comply with all applicable EU and Irish legal, accessibility, data protection, and online privacy obligations. The proposed solution must be provided as a fully managed cloud‑based service. The platform must be compatible with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID) Single Sign‑On (SSO), supporting secure federated authentication for authorised University users in accordance with institutional identity and access management policies. The platform shall support the creation, management, distribution, and performance measurement of the University’s digital recruitment and marketing collateral. The solution must enable the production of interactive, customisable, and fully accessible digital marketing collateral, compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA or higher, and capable of being deployed at scale across domestic and international student recruitment activities. The platform must include built‑in data analytics and tracking functionality. The platform must also support the University’s international recruitment governance and agent oversight requirements.
