Vendor needs to provide cloud–based data modelling tool. System shall support the ability to provide role–based access through assigning permissions. System shall support the modelling of clinical and non–clinical concepts, primitive and complex data types. System shall log all create, edit, retire, approve, and publish actions. System shall support workflow for managing change requests. System shall allow creation of one or more reference information models. System shall prevent saving components (data types/concepts) that violate mandatory metadata or field constraints. System shall allow user to create common components (common concepts) which can be used within standard specific data models. System shall allow users to edit fields for both complex and primitive data types. System shall provide structured/tabular editing for model construction. System shall allow analysts create one or more standard specific data model (SSDM). System shall support Single Sign On (SSO) and integrate with HIQA’s Single Sign On platform using Entra ID. Tool is supported on all modern web browsers (e.g. MS Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari).
