(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based customer relationship management solution and implementation services.– For a modern, scalable, and comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) solution, including implementation services, to serve as foundational technical infrastructure for the city’s ongoing customer experience (CX) transformation.– Software as a service (SaaS) solution that can be implemented in phases and integrated with other city systems over time.– Provides basic functionality for service request ticketing, work order management, and reporting, and supports tens of thousands of service requests annually across a wide range of departments and service types.– Online and mobile application submissions customers submit service requests through the inquire boulder website or mobile application.– After–hours calls received through the city’s main after–hours number are recorded in inquire boulder for follow–up and resolution.– Direct calls and email to city departments customers may contact individual city departments directly by phone or email.– Calls to the city’s main hotline the main hotline receives an average of approximately 10 calls per weekday.– Mobile–friendly design and access both city staff and community members using the system must be able to access the information and participate in all tools using a variety of devices, including cell phones.– Language access and multilingual support the solution must provide comprehensive multilingual and language translation support.– Artificial intelligence the city requires that any proposed solution incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated decision‑making technologies (AI) be designed and deployed in a manner that is transparent, ethical, and aligned with state and federal regulations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 23,2026.
