(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based customer relationship management and student engagement system.– Dynamic query builder with a user–friendly interface that enables system users to easily build complex, multi–level custom queries using any data point in the system, and includes import/export functionality.– Cloud–based solution.– Case creation functionality, including auto–generation based on triggers for both prospective and current students (ex. form submission or demographic info); must facilitate case assignment, tracking, and the ability to generate custom case load/management reports.– Robust reporting across all functional areas, including communication plan metrics (views, clicks), form submissions, case volume, event attendance, etc.– Ability to automate, schedule, and/or send immediate personalized communication plans (including email, SMS/text message, digital, and print) targeted to specific groups using system data; must support the use of variable data fields and include communication preview functionality.– User–friendly, customizable email templates that ensure optimal viewing across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)– Personalized, two–way SMS/text messaging and live chat, including real–time notifications for employees assigned to respond.– Event management tools for creating one–time and recurring events, enabling constituent self–registration, automated confirmations/reminders, integrated attendee check–in/tracking, and comprehensive attendance reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
