A public sector organization in Alberta is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud-based Customer Order to Cash (C2C) solution. The scope of this project includes the design and implementation of an end-to-end C2C process, with a particular focus on electronic invoice presentment and payment (EIPP), and strict adherence to Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards.

Vendors are expected to deliver a detailed transition plan that features an options analysis, summary of customer feedback, roadmap, project plan, solution architecture, and a strategy guide for change management. The project also calls for the establishment of record-to-report (R2R) and corporate cashier solutions, including dedicated information and application architectures, comprehensive user documentation, and a robust operations guide. Additionally, the solution must include documentation outlining all avenues for cardholder data transmission from the SaaS (cloud) platform.
