(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based credit mobility technology system. • Cloud–based vendor–hosted software solution Credit Mobility Technology System (CMTS) will facilitate the seamless transfer of courses, and other sources of validated learning, between institutions of higher education within the state. • The CMTS will provide a standardized framework for transfer data across state institutions and an authoritative and up–to–date resource for students to plan how courses and prior learning can easily transfer and apply to degree requirements. • The system will also promote exploration of transfer into state institutions by students residing outside of the state and provide tools for state institutions to increase regional and national transfer equivalencies. • Users import or access transcripts within this system • Browsers supported • Student Information System software and versions that can integrate with your system • Functional capabilities of the proposed solution, including all performance capabilities, specifications and response times • Environmental requirements for the proposed solution. • Software development plan, interfaces documentation, data synchronization, and replication plans, etc. • Application development methodologies • Integration, testing, and pilot, as appropriate (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 14, 2025.
