(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based court case management software.– Comprehensive and scalable Court Case Management Software Solution.– Application programming interface (API) integration with the town’s record police management system (RMS) and compliance with criminal justice information services (CJIS) standards, and integration with enterprise resource planning.– Role–based permissions and secure internal comments for clerks, judges, and prosecutors; automated workflows and communications.– Real–time docket and case management, case auditing, scheduling and disposition tracking, support for virtual hearings; digital signatures and validation.– Text messaging capability, paperless file storage and access, tracking of payment plans, collections, restitution, warrants, and classes, secure document imaging and scanning.– Batch and multi–file processing, customizable forms, automated reporting and analytics.– Financial auditing and reconciliation tools (daily, monthly, and annual), support for online and in–person payments with full court system integration.– Single sign–on (SSO) capability, multi–factor authentication (MFA); encryption of data at rest and in transit; 90–day backup retention, audit trails and activity logs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23,2025.
