(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based course scheduling and event management platform. – Provide cloud–based, comprehensive software solution to support class scheduling, room utilization analysis, event management, and resource coordination. – The selected solution must integrate seamlessly with the ERP system and provide tools for collaborative scheduling, efficient resource allocation, and public–facing calendar functionality. – Ensure seamless integration and data exchange with the agency’s Ellucian Colleague ERP system (SQL), including clearly defined data flow processes. – The application must support mobile platforms (iOS and Android) to enable on–site scheduling, resource management, and real–time access to system functionality. – The application should integrate with Touchnet services or provide equivalent functionality for secure financial transactions, including ticket purchasing, payment processing, and posting to financial systems. – Analytics and Reporting: Include real–time enrollment management analytics and reporting capabilities. – Multi–Term Scheduling: Allow creation and display of class schedules across multiple terms to support timely student pathway completion. – The solution must support Single Sign–On (SSO) capabilities, with preference for SAML/Shibboleth protocols. – Enable generation of invoices and tracking of payments for events.
