A cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is sought for implementation across multiple park facilities and assets. The proposed solution should streamline maintenance operations, improve asset reliability, optimize resource allocation, and ensure ongoing compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key requirements include real-time tracking of status, timestamps, assignees, ETAs, and SLA countdowns. The system must automate work order creation and routing based on various triggers such as maintenance requests, inspections, schedules, and sensor inputs.
