(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based compliant document accessibility software.– Provide a cloud–based real–time, WCAG 2.1 AA compliant document accessibility solution including software, implementation, training, support, and updates.– The proposed solution must be a cloud–hosted (SaaS) platform.– The proposed solution must be capable of receiving a non–accessible PDF and returning an accessible HTML in real–time.– The resulting accessible HTML must meet all WCAG, 2.1 AA compliance requirements.– Solution must be capable of processing at least 2,000 legacy documents per month without requiring manual staff remediation.– The timing for performance of any such work may be extended for additional specified periods of time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
