Summary:
Colorado airport seeks cloud-based CUPPS and GIDS solution to replace on-premise systems and enhance passenger processing and gate information.
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based common use passenger processing system (CUPPS) and gate information display system. The gate information display system (GIDS) functions alongside this platform to provide real–time flight status and boarding information to passengers at specific gates. These systems are intended to ensure operational flexibility, maximize terminal capacity, and streamline the passenger experience by allowing any airline to operate from any equipped workstation. Solution will provide the primary features of a cloud–hosted CUPPS application, terminals and modern peripherals. The solution will replace the current on–premise infrastructure with preferably a cloud–based architecture that supports common use at all gates and additional front counters, while also replacing the existing gate information display system. The airport network leverages modern, cloud–managed equipment across three intermediate distribution frames. The network is built on cloud–managed switches, configured for high availability (HA) to ensure resilience. Separate Cat 6 drops are available behind the gate information display system (GIDS) screens. Firmware upgrades for any hardware that requires upgrades to be compatible with the new system. System go–live cloud–based CUPPS and GIDS solution must be fully implemented, tested, and operational. Cloud–hosted CUPPS application compatible with terminals. 24/7 phone support. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026.
