The solution must support data migration from legacy systems, online permit applications and payments, GIS integration for parcel data, and provide a public comment portal with tracking capabilities for development reviews. Additional features include concurrent and sequential review routing, automated notifications for expiration dates, integration with third-party monitoring tools such as Host Compliance and Granicus, mobile app compatibility, and routing to appropriate departments with status tracking.

The platform must offer secure, encrypted cloud document storage and compliance monitoring features such as due date deliverables.
