Vendor needs to provide cloud–based Cisco Duo system. Cloud–based solution, Cisco Duo integrates seamlessly with the existing infrastructure and provides centralized identity and access management. Cisco Duo multi–factor authentication (MFA) to secure critical applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and Tyler ERP. This additional security layer significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if user credentials are compromised, and helps prevent the spread of malicious software across the network.
