(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based case management software.– Provide, implement, and support a comprehensive, cloud–based case management software system.– System will be used by multiple departments, teams, and programs to manage client information, service delivery, and outcomes for individuals and families served across the county.– Implement a centralized case management system that consolidates client data and service documentation across programs.– Client management: Record demographic, contact, eligibility, and assessment data.– Assessment tools: Support customizable forms and assessment instruments.– Reporting and analytics: Generate ad–hoc and scheduled reports for performance metrics, compliance, and funding requirements.– Mobile access: Offer mobile–friendly data entry and navigation interfaces for field–based staff.– Solution must support federated authentication.– Implement strong access controls, including least–privilege administration.– Task and workflow management: Track assignments, reminders, and follow–up actions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 7,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
