(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based case and document management system maintenance and support service. This project will consist of the planning, implementation, and on–going maintenance and support of a cloud–based system that includes legal matters and document management tools. The system will integrate with Microsoft Office 365, Open Note, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with capacity of up to 35 users. The new system must be able to move all legacy data from Laserfiche and seamlessly organize the data into the solution product. The new system must accommodate all types of legal matters including litigation, transactions, and compliance, of varying sizes. The project will prioritize usability, data security and user access management and must provide reporting capabilities on all key aspects of legal matter and document management for performance measurement as well as enhance productivity and compliance for the Office. The new solution must be accessible both on premises (at the locations below) and remotely. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
