Ohio seeks a cloud-based campus point-of-sale system with inventory, mobile POS, and robust reporting for a three-year contract.
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based campus point–of–sale system.– For an instore point–of–sale solution designed to offer robust inventory and sales opportunities throughout main campus.– This system would need to include an in–store point of sale, the ability to run a mobile point of sale at various locations throughout campus and regionals, inventory management capabilities, a connection to an online webpage, and robust reporting to meet the needs of our accounting and financial team.– An apple campus store and must maintain certain tracking.– Logs usage and changes by anybody making edits to the system.– All tender types the agency system will accept and describe how each is implemented. eg: cash, cc, campus card, apple pay, mobile devices and apps, etc.– The user client software should be web–based or have the ability to run as a virtualized application,unless the solution is fully cloud–based.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2025.
