(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based business continuity management tool.– The selected solution will replace the existing planning, incident management and emergency communications currently in existing tools such as MS Teams, Word/Excel, Clarity and Net Support Notify.– A cloud–based, independent solution will allow key stakeholders to access plans, coordinate responses, and communicate effectively, ensuring quick recovery and continued delivery of critical services, through any business disruption.– Solutions that demonstrate proven capabilities in business continuity management software or service solutions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
