(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based building automation system assessment solution. • Wireless, cloud–based Building Automation System (BAS) for HVAC control, data collection, and optimization. • The system shall include Internet–programmable thermostats, gateways, and accessories that form a secure self–healing mesh network, with cloud–based access for configuration, monitoring, and analytics. • The system shall include integration with an advanced optimization platform that dynamically adjusts equipment operation based on weather, occupancy scheduling, actual occupancy, relative humidity, ramp times, and demand ceilings. • Modern, open–protocol BAS solutions suitable for a multi–site transit operation. • Migration strategies for the new BAS platform. • Best practices for cybersecurity and public agency compliance. • Integration with existing IT and energy management systems. • Service, warranty, and support options for 24/7 operations. • Managed through a web–based application hosted on a secure cloud server. • Real–time data exchange with the BAS via secure API. • Automatic daily recalculation of equipment ramp times based on historical performance data. • Dynamic adjustment of economizer and ventilation sequences to improve IAQ and reduce kWh/therm use. • Tracking of comfort, demand, and energy performance across all sites.
