(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based backup and disaster recovery solution.– Disaster and recovery solution capable of replicating and backing up all on–premises vSphere virtual environments (including VMs and virtual Networks) to a cloud object storage.– Provide the city with offsite backups and a cloud–based disaster recovery site if needed. In the event of a disaster, this cloud–based backup snapshot will be utilized to recover all virtual workloads to a vendor managed cloud–based software defined data center (SDDC) and fall back all virtual workloads back to rebuild data centers.– Solution needs to be fully managed where vendor will provide recovery services in the event of major disaster or disruption to a city wide operational network and resources (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
