The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive software system supporting aviation operations management, maintenance tracking, inventory tracking, and associated support services.
Key functionalities required include barcode scanning for inventory, management of training histories and required recurring training, alerts for approaching inventory shelf-life expiration or slow-moving items, and tracking of upcoming component replacements with real-time stock availability. The solution must also support processing of third-party service orders, digital notifications for expiring credentials or aircraft discrepancies, detailed status tracking of aircraft components, and the creation and management of BIN numbers for inventory traceability.
