(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based aviation operations, maintenance, and inventory tracking software support solution. – Provide aviation operations, maintenance, and inventory tracking software and support for a long term. – Bar code scanning of inventory. – Training history and required reoccurring training. – Upcoming replacements with current available stock. – Report alerts of inventory that is slow–moving and nearing shelf–life expiration. – Orders for handling third–party service requirements. – Digital notifications for expiring currencies, trainings, check rides, and aircraft discrepancies. – Software will be cloud–based or on–premises based. – Ability to set status of an aircraft component. – Ability to create and manage BIN numbers for traceability of inventory. – Ability to create a chart on parts ordered including lead times and any other information regarding part. – Ability to create budget and cost reports for audits or internal reviews. – Ability to create orders for handling third–party service requirements. – Ability to create workflow approvals based on permission levels. (2) The contract period will be for ten years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
