An agency in Washington is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based system for aviation maintenance tracking and inventory management. The requested solution must enable tracking of inspection schedules by individual aircraft, supporting calendar-based, hour-based, and cycle-based inspection requirements. The system should allow both automatic and manual updates of inspection, maintenance, and component expiration dates based on usage data, calendar limits, or maintenance actions.

The solution must capture flight log data via mobile or remote interfaces and synchronize this information with a centralized database when connectivity is available.
