(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based athletics solutions.– Cloud–delivered athletics solutions and specialized services that support operational, performance, recruiting, compliance, digital engagement, and athlete–development needs. – Scalable, secure, and cost–effective technologies and services that enhance the student–athlete experience, streamline departmental operations, and strengthen data–driven decision–making. – Implementation or onboarding services. – Data migration. – SIS, LMS, video, wearable, or third party integrations. – Initial or ongoing training. – Support and maintenance. – Hosting or cloud services. – Hardware installation or calibration. – Any professional services not included in the base subscription. (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
