Summary:
Seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based asset management software platform with integration, reporting, and lifecycle management features for British Columbia.
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based asset management software.– Provide a centralized, organization–wide platform for managing all asset classes, serving as the core database for collecting, storing, and maintaining asset information currently stored in GIS and Excel spreadsheets.– Cloud–hosted environment (within Canada) or ability to pivot to a cloud–hosted environment at a later date.– Software will also serve as a foundational tool for developing and maintaining the updated asset management plan, ensuring accurate, integrated, and data–driven planning and reporting.– Provide real–time data integration with other Town systems or outside agency systems including to MAIS (financial management software), ArcGIS (geographic information system).– Support full lifecycle management for all asset classes, with tracking of condition, maintenance (value add), and replacement history.– Provide real–time and customizable dashboarding and reporting features.– Desktop (PC) and/or Mobile (iOS, Android, Google) user interface.– Asset inventory tracking for all asset classes, including natural assets.– Reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support data–driven decisions.– Risk and level of service assessment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
