(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based asset management SaaS solution. • Consultants and SaaS providers to deliver services and system(s) related to asset management of the village's water distribution system, sewer collection systems, streets, and sidewalks infrastructure. • Deployment and implementation of proposed asset management SaaS platform • Integration of asset management SaaS platform with existing Village systems and databases • Implementing the requested asset management and associated SaaS platform services is to provide accurate inventories and reporting of infrastructure assets • The asset management platform will assist the Village in their annual planning and preparation of capital projects including prioritization, scheduling, and pricing based on pertinent asset data • Deployment and implementation of proposed asset management SaaS platform • Integration of asset management SaaS platform with existing Village systems and/or databases • Cloud–based platform accessible via web–browser on any computer or tablet • Map data view(s) with ability to visualize, filter, edit, locate (GPS), provide directions and street views (via Google Maps) for features from multiple asset dataset layers • Dashboard data view(s) to summarize asset datasets using various graphical visualizations • Relational data structure to associate multiple asset datasets and/or attachments (pictures, files, etc.) based on key data attributes or feature identifiers
