The Army is seeking information from qualified vendors for the provision of a cloud-based Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP). The platform will serve as a unified foundation supporting a coherent software continuum across all operational levels, integrating both cloud environments and edge devices. The system is expected to offer a modular and adaptable suite of essential software capabilities central to the intelligence warfighting function.

Key requirements include the ability to scale, adapt, and maintain resilience to dynamic operational needs, all while ensuring robust accessibility and flexibility. The enterprise cloud-based system must enable users to carry out intelligence warfighting tasks, with features such as data onboarding (ingest, extract, validate, transform, store), comprehensive data logging and alerting mechanisms, and translating raw data into meaningful object concepts. Additionally, it should support graphing, dashboarding, and incorporate a broad array of intelligence tools and services to facilitate analysis, support decision-making, and enhance operational effectiveness.
