The county is seeking a vendor to provide a secure and reliable cloud-based online hosting solution for ArchivesSpace, its archival information management system. The selected provider will deliver a managed hosting service, including provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure, installing and configuring the hosting environment, and migrating existing data to the new platform.
Ongoing responsibilities include managing system updates and security patches, monitoring the performance of the system, and providing technical support to ensure uninterrupted service.
