The city seeks a vendor to implement a comprehensive cloud-based applicant tracking and employee onboarding system. The solution should support and enhance recruitment and hiring processes by providing improved functionality, user experience, and seamless integration capabilities with existing systems, including background check services. Delivery is required via software-as-a-service (SaaS).
The system must streamline and automate the recruitment lifecycle with customizable job templates, approval workflows, application management, and features for employee onboarding and offboarding. Additional requirements include online testing capabilities such as virtual written and oral examinations, an online application portal, real-time dashboards and analytics, Single Sign-On (SSO) support, configurable workflows to match organizational processes, and alerts or notifications for key lifecycle events such as hiring, transitions, and separations.
The proposed solution should improve candidate and employee experience and communication throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The contract period for the successful vendor will be five years.
