A municipality in Maine is seeking a qualified vendor to design, install, and support a cloud-based and SIP-based phone system for multiple municipal departments and facilities. The vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive deployment solution that includes both hosted PBX and on-premise SIP-compatible systems.
The new phone system should accommodate a variety of devices, including desk phones, wall-mounted units, cordless sets, portable handsets, and headsets. Integration with dispatch paging systems for fire stations and compatibility with the existing Mitel Speedcall system in Bar Harbor are required.
