(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based Anaplan financial planning implementation partner software.– Providing implementation services new cloud–based budgeting software solution, Anaplan Financial Planning Software.– Establish a scalable, secure, and efficient solution that supports institutional processes for budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial management.– The solution will serve 400+ distributed users across all campuses, schools, and departments.– The implementation partner will need to build a flexible project schedule and phases of work accordingly.– Develop a project implementation roadmap and configuration design while considering current financial calendar demands.– Configure Anaplan system modules to reflect financial accounting structure and budgetary needs.– Integration Documentation and Support Readiness.– Execute comprehensive testing, including user acceptance and data validation.– Address and remediate all defects prior to production rollout. Continuously optimize the base templates based on feedback from users.– Provide end–user training sessions and documentation.– Develop and execute a phased rollout across financial workforce.– Deliver knowledge transfer to staff.
